Animal & Livestock Transport Requirements

We provide all crates and enclosures required for the safe transport of animals and livestock.

Animals that belong to the same owner and are compatible with each other may travel in the
same enclosure when appropriate. When more than one animal travels together, we provide
larger crates or livestock enclosures to allow enough space for safe movement and comfort.

Important Note:

Your animals will never share transport space with animals from other customers. Each enclosure is reserved only for animals belonging to the same owner.

For smaller domesticated animals such as monkeys or similar species kept as pets, we use secure, well-ventilated transport crates designed to prevent escape while ensuring comfort and airflow.

For larger animals and livestock such as donkeys, goats, sheep, and similar animals, we provide
specialized livestock transport enclosures designed for safety, stability, and proper ventilation
during travel.

For long-distance or cross-country transport, we recommend choosing a slightly larger
enclosure than the minimum size requirement. This allows the animal additional room for movement and reduces stress during longer journeys.

We supply all necessary transport equipment including:
• Transport crates or livestock enclosures
• Water containers
• Feed containers
• Halters or restraints when necessary
• Fresh bottled water during transport

Owners are responsible for providing:

• Food for the duration of the journey
• A Travel Health Certificate

The Travel Health Certificate must confirm that the animal is healthy enough to travel and
should include:

• Current vaccinations (if applicable)
• Any required veterinary health documentation

The certificate must be signed by a licensed veterinarian. In most regions, this document is valid for 10 to 30 days, depending on local regulations. Please confirm requirements with your veterinarian before transport.

Our goal is to ensure that every animal travels safely, comfortably, and with the highest level of care throughout the journey

Hygiene You Can Trust

All of our crates are disinfected with Triple quick after each use. Triple Quick is a powerful cleaner that kills all known viruses and bacteria, including Parvo, Coronavirus, Canine Adenovirus, Reovirus, Leptospirosis and Parainfluenza. New bedding is used for each transport. You may supply your own bedding and dog beds if you would like.

In accordance with the rules and regulations of the USDA, and the humane policies outlined by the Independent Pet & Animal Transport Association (IPATA), all animals must have ample room to stand and turn around easily in their carriers.
